The house is an ideal place for holidays, relax and visit the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi.

COTONEASTER is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa, bathroom, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double bed + single futon-style bed on the mezzanine and fireplace for a total of 4+1 guests;

ORTENSIA: This studio apartment features a seating area with sofa bed, kitchen with fridge and TV for a total of two guests.
Several people traveling in the company of friends prefer a holiday home with more units where they can share time together in the common areas, such as the pool or the garden, but at the same time maintain their privacy in individual units.

Meals are not provided (self catering / rent), use of the kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils is made available. Provided the first set of bed linen and bathroom with hairdryer. Final cleaning included. Heating costs 15 E. per day. The property offers a lovely wooden pool, parking and free wifi.
